Yanira has over 20 years of experience working in the field of pediatrics. She has a keen intellect and a great work ethic, that inspires those around her. As the Executive Manager at Gold Pediatrics LLC, Yanira oversees all departments and assures the daily smooth operation of the practice. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Yanira has a fantastic daughter who is a scientist in the biomedical field, and a dog named Tucker she loves dearly.

Emily Inglett is our fantastic billing specialist at Gold Pediatrics LLC. She has nearly ten years of experience working with pediatric medical billing. Emily understands that insurance policies can be challenging, and she makes it her goal to simplify this task for families. Emily does her best to prevent parents from ever having billing issues. She lives with her husband and their two dogs. Emily enjoys spending time with her family and watching musicals.

Simone has worked in the field of childcare and child education for many years. She studied marketing in college. In her native home of Brazil, she and her family owned a private school and daycare. Simone has continued to work in early child education after moving to Maryland. Simone is the wife of Dr. Douglas. She enjoys attending church, interior decorating, and gardening.

Coraly has over 16 years of customer service experience in the medical field, with 12 of those years dedicated to Pediatrics. Coraly strives to serve patients and their families by providing the best service possible. She is great at addressing family questions and concerns. Coraly has 3 beautiful children which she loves spending time with. She enjoys Harry Potter movies, traveling, and experiencing new local attractions and cuisines with family and friends.

Lillia “Lilly” joined Gold Pediatrics LLC August 2025. She has 10 years of experience in customer service. Lilly has developed strong skills in organization and customer relations. As a receptionist, she takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient and their families. Outside of work, she prioritizes spending quality time with her son and family. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and flavors.

Ilana joined Gold Pediatrics in June of 2023. She has over 4 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant. Ilana enjoys learning new techniques and working with children. She has a 9-year-old son and in her spare time she loves to spend quality time with her family and relaxing. 

Cindy has been working as a pediatric medical receptionist for over five years. Prior to working as a receptionist, she worked as a medical assistant. Cindy is dedicated to providing excellent service at the front desk. Cindy stays in constant communication with the doctors and medical assistants to make certain that patients are seen efficiently and to ensure your arrival to and your departure from, Gold Pediatrics LLC, is a pleasant experience. Cindy enjoys raising her two beautiful daughters with her husband. She also enjoys outdoor activities and trying new restaurants.
