Appointments

Please be advised that the request is not a confirmation of an appointment, but it will give our staff an idea of when you would like to be seen and someone will contact you as soon as possible regarding the actual scheduling of the appointment. Our office accepts most insurance plans, and we are preferred providers for Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Since there are many types of insurance plans, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the specific benefits associated with your plan, but our knowledgeable staff is always present and happy to assist you with any questions you may have. We are also happy to send out for any pre-authorizations of treatment or to file your insurance claims for you.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, or credit cards for payments. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for additional details regarding payment policies or to ask about financing options.
