The pictures below demonstrate before and after photographs of different types of procedures, but do not necessarily represent the full completion of recommended or planned treatment.

This patient felt burdened by missing teeth, as well as a lot of irregular staining and discoloration. The appearance of her mouth was drastically changed with very natural looking crown and bridge work spanning the whole upper jaw to create a fuller, whiter, and even more beautiful smile.

Before and after pictures of full mouth porcelain reconstruction.

A more natural shape was given to this patient’s teeth with upper crown work.

This patient had his upper left lateral incisor fracture off due to decay. The root was removed and a porcelain bridge was completed to fill in the missing space and improve the color and shape of the neighboring teeth.

This patient exhibited severe attrition and wear of his teeth due to heavy clenching and grinding. He underwent crown lengthening periodontal surgery to expose more tooth structure (picture 2), allowing porcelain crown work to be completed. A night guard will help prevent wear of his lower teeth.

This patient was born without her permanent upper lateral incisors. Two Maryland bridges were made that bond to the backside of the neighboring teeth and fill the spaces.

This patient restored her congenitally missing teeth with implants. The implants were restored with abutments that allow an individual porcelain crown to be attached to the implant fixture.

This patient had a bridge made, which utilizes the teeth surrounding a missing tooth to support a false tooth. The teeth that make up bridges are joined together as one piece.

It is very common for people to exhibit a diastema or space between the teeth, especially in the front. Composite bondings were used to add width to both front teeth to close the space and restore this patient to a more confident smile.

Two more examples of diastema closure with bondings.

We use first-rate dental laboratories to transform fractured or unattractive teeth with porcelain, while still retaining all the nuances of natural teeth.

Sometimes when teeth are worn they can expose the darker internal portion of the tooth called dentin. Bondings were done to cover the darkness in this example.

This is an example of a full upper and lower denture. In some instances where there is very limited bone support, implants can be placed to allow better retention of the appliances, which can have a very natural appearance.

Tooth whitening helped brighten this patient’s smile and eliminated the prominent darkness of her front right tooth.

An example of severe wear and neglect that had the upper and lower incisors restored with porcelain crowns.

Another example of crown work to improve yellow and stained teeth.

When applicable, bondings can disguise irregularly shaped teeth while being a less costly alternative to porcelain crowns.

Severe decay that was removed and teeth restored to health with bonding material.

This patient’s chipped upper left tooth was restored back to new with a bonding in the missing corner.

Sometimes the shape of teeth or gradual bone loss and recession create an unsightly “black triangle” between the teeth. Bondings were done to fill in the spaces.

This patient lost a lower tooth due to periodontal disease. A false tooth was created from bonding material and splinted into place as a more affordable option to implant or bridge work.

This patient required extraction of her upper eye teeth due to retained baby teeth. Implants and crowns were completed as well as crowns on her lateral teeth to give better shape and proportion to her teeth.
