Meet the Staff

Karen O’Meara – Office Manager/ Patient Coordinator

Karen has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Along with running the day to day operations in our office Karen coordinates treatment planning and case presentations to our patients. If there is a problem you are having, be it with insurance or your treatment plan she will be happy to walk you through it until it is resolved. Karen has completed the Practice Management Impalnt Certification Program of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and The Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries and Practice Management. One of Karen’s many passions is cooking. Be it an ordinary day or a festive holiday her cooking is gourmet. Karen lives in Salem with her husband Tom. They have two grown daughters, both married and a grandson.

Chelsie Beavers -- Insurance Coordinator

Sarah Schupp, RDH

Sarah completed her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008 from Virginia Western Community College. Sarah is currently working to pursue her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University. She currently resides in Roanoke County. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her English Bulldog named Enzo, cooking, running, and spending time at Smith Mountain Lake.

Kaitlin Mills, RDH

Kaitlin is a Floyd County native, graduated from Dental Hygiene School in May on 2016 from Virginia Western Community College. She is still currently residing in Floyd County. She enjoys being outside, painting, and spending time with family.

Hailey Kidd, RDH

Hailey grew up in Franklin County and now resides in Gladehill. She obtained her Dental Hygiene Degree at Virginia Western and enjoys gettingto know her patients. Hailey loves to educate her patients on good oral hygiene and making sure they leave the office with a frresh and clean mouth. She also enjoys crafting and spending time with her friends and family.

Dawn Hart, Dental Assistant/Compliance Supervisor

Dawn is a Dental Assistant at our practice and moved to Franklin County in 2018 after retiring from the Air Force of 20 years. Dawn loved being in the military and has been married for over 22 years. She has two children, 1 grandson, and one son in law. Dawn is all about her family and spending time with them every chance she gets.

Nikki Burton, Dental Assistant

Nikki has lived in the Roanoke Valley for about 12 years now. She is young and outgoing, she also loves to talk and put a smile on people's faces. Been told she is a great cook and a wonderful listener. In her free time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her two cats and dog! Her hobbies include painting, floral design, hiking, swimming, and other crafts. She is good at holding conversations and making sure you have a good visit with our office.
