Please provide us with a phone number to reach you during the day. As a courtesy, we call 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment. With the shortage of psychiatrist, and high demand for appointments, we cannot allow unnecessary waste of appointments.
New patients that fail to give 48 hour (2 business days) notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment will not be rescheduled without payment in advance.
Please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time for you. We kindly ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice(2 business days). For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday, you must call to reschedule the appointment no later than Thursday. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another patient who needs to be seen. If you miss your appointment you will be charged the regular fee for your appointment.
