Federal and state governments closely regulate controlled medications such as Adderall, Ambien, Clonazepam, Lunesta, Vyvanse, Xanax, etc. These medications are useful; however, they have the potential for misuse. For this reason, we require all patients prescribed with controlled medications be seen in the office no later than every 90 days, or sooner determined by your provider, in order to continue to receive the medications. No refills will be given beyond 90 days of your last medical evaluation.
It is your responsibility to schedule an appointment before you run out of medication.
