We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Corley Family Dental is a Delta Premier level provider & a Cigna DPPO provider . We however do not accept medical card or Medicaid . As a courtesy to you, we will be happy to file your insurance claims. We accept checks, cash, credit cards & Care Credit.
