Dear Patients of Atlanta Family Neurology and Atlanta Child Neurology:
I have been providing Neurological Care as a Solo Practitioner in Atlanta since 2007 to Both Adults, Teenagers and Children. I will be Joining Atlanta Neurology, an established Atlanta Neurology Practice lead by Matt Gwynn, M.D. as of November 1, 2024.
I will continue to provide the same dedicated personal Neurological Services to Adults, Teenagers and Children in our new Office in Sandy Springs as well as at The Pediatric Center in Alpharetta.
Obviously there will be a brief period of transition with new Personnel, but all Medical records will be incorporated in our EMR so that continuity of Neurological Care is preserved. Going forward the new contact information will be:
