Hi, my name is Sarah and I am the Practice Manager for Cornerstone Dental Group. I started my dental career in 2004 and have worked in many different facets of dentistry, healthcare administration, financial and dental management. I strive to make dentistry understandable and affordable for every patient. I have completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip myself to best serve our patients including but not limited to training with our local AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Managers) chapter. I love working with our amazing & caring team here at
Cornerstone Dental Group because of the way we treat patients like family & have fun together while changing people's lives giving them a reason to smile! Outside of dentistry, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling and spending time with my husband of almost 20 years, our two goofy Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Moose & Birdie May and our kitties Cookie & Jack!

Hello, my name is Linda and I have been with Cornerstone Dental Group since 2002. My favorite part about working here is that I have come to know & care about so many patients and coworkers alike. I have been in the dental field for over 50 years, you might say I like working in dentistry. I enjoy reading, exercising, traveling, spending time with my two children and two grandchildren that I love very much!

Hi, my name is Jenifer and I was born and raised in Cincinnati. I have been in the dental field since 2014. I thoroughly love working with Cornerstone Dental Group and helping our patients anyway I can. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my family and time outside in nature.

Julie O, RDH

Hi my name is Julie and I have been Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. There are so many things that I enjoy about being a Hygienist. My favorite is meeting new people & learning from them as well as hopefully teaching them something they didn't know! The Cincinnati Reds are my favorite sports team; I enjoy watching them and going to their games. I will never forget when I went to the 1975 World Series with my grandma! So, you probably can guess that Summer is my favorite season. In my free time during the summer, I enjoy swimming & gardening. I have always loved to read and am currently in a book club with two of my favorite people. I work with a great group of people at Cornerstone Dental and feel very fortunate to be a part of a great team!

Shannon N, RDH, EFDA

I'm Shannon and I'm a Dental Hygienist and EFDA here at Cornerstone Dental Group. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009 but have been working in dentistry since I was 15. I come from a long line of dental professionals, including my father and grandfather who are both dentists. I guess you could say dentistry is in my DNA.

I'm a typical Westsider and married to my high school sweetheart. We have 3 amazing kiddos and two crazy dogs. When I'm not at the office, you can typically find me at some sort of sporting event cheering my kids on, at the gym, or spending time with friends. I enjoy staying busy, so I will often share funny or entertaining stories about my crazy life with my patients.

I have been at Cornerstone since early 2022, and it immediately felt like home. The doctors are absolutely wonderful and do such great work. The rest of the Team is so funny and friendly and I just love our patients- every day brings a smile and something new. Coming into work never feels like "work" here, and I couldn't ask for anything more than that!

I started my career as a dental hygienist in 2007 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. I currently live in Bright Indiana with my husband, Chris, and 2 teenage children. In my free time I like to read, assemble Legos and toss ball with my German Shepherd.

I love working at Cornerstone because it feels like family here. I am surrounded by honest, collaborative, hard working colleagues. Great communication skills with top notch dentistry makes Cornerstone a step above.

Hey y’all! My name is Jane, and I am a dental hygienist (Starting in June 2024) at Cornerstone Dental Group. I am from South Louisiana and graduated from LSU in 2024! Geaux Tigers!! I’ve always been encouraged to embrace new adventures, so I decided to move to Cincinnati to experience the city life! In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, reading, spending time with friends, and watching sports!

I love dental hygiene because I have the opportunity to build a relationship with my patients and be a congenial resource for their oral health and overall health needs! I hope to help my patients live healthier lives while sporting a beautiful smile!

Kelly N, EFDA

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am an EFDA or Expanded Function Dental Assistant. I have been with Cornerstone Dental for 30+ years. During my tenure I have earned my CDA and EFDA certifications. I'm a graduate from Norwood who now
resides in Monroe, OH. I have(4) kids and soon to be 5 grandchildren! When not in the office I am very outgoing and enjoy time with my family and friends. I absolutely love traveling to new places, the beach, the outdoors, camping, fishing, kayaking, hiking and my cheering on my Cincinnati Bengals.

Vicky, Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Vicky and I have been a dedicated Dental Assistant with Cornerstone for 48 years. My role is to assist the doctor in achieving the best oral Healthcare for our patients, assuring their visit is as friendly and comforting as possible and working through any fear or anxiety they may have. I strive to assure the patients know they are important and I truly care about their concerns. In my time here I have helped generations of families with their dental care. It's a great feeling being able to recognize patients as they come through the door and greet them with a smile knowing they have your trust. I will continue in meeting new patients and establishing a trust and friendship with them also. I have 2 children and 5 wonderful grandchildren whom I adore. I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, gardening, outdoors, and trips to the beach.

Jade, RDA

Hi! My name is Jade and I have been a Dental Assistant for 3 years. I graduated high school (Go Cards!) in 2017 after having completed a vocational dental assistant program through Butler Tech during my junior and senior years. Before finally starting my career in dentistry mid-covid in 2020, I worked in insurance and claims management. I have always loved people!

I love Cornerstone because of the way we pride ourselves on patient care, and we are truly a family! Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my fiancé, Katie, and I have 4 dogs- Lemon, Wally, Sadie and Max. They are our world! We also volunteer with local dog rescue, Furgotten Dog Rescue and foster dogs! Other than being a crazy dog lady, you can find me reading a good book, going to concerts or probably at TjMaxx with my bestie! I can’t wait to meet you and make your time with us the best it can possibly be. :)

Liz, RDA

Hi my name is Elizabeth Howard and I am a Dental Assistant at Cornerstone Dental Group. Liz, as my friends and family call me, was born in North Carolina. As a child, I had dreamed of serving people. This led me to serving eight years in the U.S Navy where I was able to learn many different skills. This led to me becoming passionate in helping out in my community at a non-profit called “Hygiene R Us” located in Virginia, where I was able to teach kids about preventative dentistry. I then graduated from ECPI University with an Associate’s Degree in Health Science and Dental Assisting. My first dental job was at a pediatric office in Virginia. I loved working with kids and being able to show them that the dentist can be an enjoyable place. My favorite part about dentistry is building relationships and trust with the patients.

I am married to my husband, Isaiah. We both enjoy hiking with our golden retriever named, Remington. We also love being a part of our church in Germantown. When we are not hiking or at church we are cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals! We enjoy playing guitar and teaching Tae-Kwon-Do at my local Martial Arts School. One of my greatest achievements is earning my second degree black-belt.

Throughout my deployment in Guam, I found beauty in the crystal-clear waters, freshly made coffee, and great sushi. I enjoyed learning about the traditions and uniqueness of the island - making it my favorite travel destination. While I was there, I was able to volunteer and help rebuild a church that was destroyed during the typhoon.

My passion has grown since being hired at Cornerstone Dental Group. I’ve always loved learning from the Dentists, Hygienists and Assistants. I appreciates the healthy work environment and how everyone is willing to help one another.

Kylie, Dental Assistant

Hi! My name is Kylie and I have been a dental assistant since 2021. I went to Reading High School and scarlet oaks career campus for dental assisting for my junior and senior year of high school, graduated in 2021. I grew up on the east side of Cincinnati and now live on the West Side. I have a huge family so I spend a lot of time with them! I also love going to the Cincinnati reds and Bengal's games! Also, a big fan of concerts!

I love working in dentistry because there's truly nothing like helping others and how rewarding it is to see them happier and more confident in their smile! I love working at Cornerstone because it feels like a family here, everyone is super kind, caring, and super hard working! I definitely feel very fortunate to be a part of this great team!
