Sarah, Practice Manager

Hi, I'm Sarah - Practice Manager at Cornerstone Dental Group.

I began my dental career almost 20 years ago and have been fortunate to experience many areas of dentistry and healthcare administration over the years, from patient care and financial coordination to full-practice management. My goal has always been to make dentistry both understandable and affordable, helping every patient feel confident and cared for throughout their experience.

I'm passionate about ongoing learning and have completed extensive continuing education, including advanced training through our local chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). This commitment allows me to lead our team with the knowledge and tools to serve patients at the highest level.

What I love most about Cornerstone Dental Group is our incredible team - we truly treat our patients like family and have fun together while transforming smiles and lives.

Outside of the office, you'll usually find me outdoors, traveling, or spending time with my husband of over 20 years, our two goofy Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Moose and Birdie May, and our cats, Cookie and Jack. We're also excited to share that we'll be welcoming a child through adoption soon, and our hearts (and home!) couldn't be more ready.

Jenifer, Financial Coordinator 

Hi, my name is Jenifer, most call me Jen. I was born and raised in Cincinnati and I have been in the dental field since 2014.  Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my finace, Adam and my family. I love spending time outside in nature. I love horror movies and everything about them.  I have 2 dogs, one is 3 legged and his name is Jackson and the other has all 4 legs and name is noodles. I have bearded dragons, geckos and turtles. Some may say I am an animal lover. I thoroughly love working with Cornerstone Dental Group and helping our patients anyway I can and enjoy getting to now them.

Jess, Treatment Coordinator

Hello, my name is Jess, and I've been in the dental field since 2013. I began my career as a dental assistant and later transitioned to the business side of dentistry, where I now serve as a Treatment Coordinator. I'm originally from Fairfield, where I currently live with my husband, Kyle, and our two children who keep life both busy and entertaining. In the fall, I enjoy spending weekends watching Bengals and Buckeyes football. I'm proud to be part of the team at Cornerstone Dental Group and am passionate about guiding our patients through every step of their treatment journey to ensure
a smooth and positive experience.

Kyla, Patient Coordinator

Hello! My name is Kyla, and I’m from Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Applied Administration at the University of Cincinnati.

My passion for the dental field began when I witnessed how compassion and professionalism in a dental office can truly make a difference in someone’s confidence and overall well-being. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I can help others feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and watching sports — especially cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Joe Burrow!

I’m proud to be part of the team at Cornerstone Dental Group, where I have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals and serve wonderful patients every day.

Meet The Hygienists

Julie O, RDH

Hi my name is Julie and I have been Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. There are so many things that I enjoy about being a Hygienist. My favorite is meeting new people & learning from them as well as hopefully teaching them something they didn't know! The Cincinnati Reds are my favorite sports team; I enjoy watching them and going to their games. I will never forget when I went to the 1975 World Series with my grandma! So, you probably can guess that Summer is my favorite season. In my free time during the summer, I enjoy swimming & gardening. I have always loved to read and am currently in a book club with two of my favorite people. I work with a great group of people at Cornerstone Dental and feel very fortunate to be a part of a great team!

Shannon N, RDH, EFDA

I'm Shannon and I'm a Dental Hygienist and EFDA here at Cornerstone Dental Group. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009 but have been working in dentistry since I was 15. I come from a long line of dental professionals, including my father and grandfather who are both dentists. I guess you could say dentistry is in my DNA.

I'm a typical Westsider and married to my high school sweetheart. We have 3 amazing kiddos and two crazy dogs. When I'm not at the office, you can typically find me at some sort of sporting event cheering my kids on, at the gym, or spending time with friends. I enjoy staying busy, so I will often share funny or entertaining stories about my crazy life with my patients.

I have been at Cornerstone since early 2022, and it immediately felt like home. The doctors are absolutely wonderful and do such great work. The rest of the Team is so funny and friendly and I just love our patients- every day brings a smile and something new. Coming into work never feels like "work" here, and I couldn't ask for anything more than that!

Nicole M, RDH

I started my career as a dental hygienist in 2007 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. I currently live in Bright Indiana with my husband, Chris, and 2 teenage children. In my free time I like to read, assemble Legos and toss ball with my German Shepherd.

I love working at Cornerstone because it feels like family here. I am surrounded by honest, collaborative, hard working colleagues. Great communication skills with top notch dentistry makes Cornerstone a step above.

Jane V, RDH

Hey y’all! My name is Jane, and I am a dental hygienist (Starting in June 2024) at Cornerstone Dental Group. I am from South Louisiana and graduated from LSU in 2024! Geaux Tigers!! I’ve always been encouraged to embrace new adventures, so I decided to move to Cincinnati to experience the city life! In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, reading, spending time with friends, and watching sports!

I love dental hygiene because I have the opportunity to build a relationship with my patients and be a congenial resource for their oral health and overall health needs! I hope to help my patients live healthier lives while sporting a beautiful smile!

Meet The Assistants

Kelly N, EFDA

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am an EFDA or Expanded Function Dental Assistant. I have been with Cornerstone Dental for 30+ years. During my tenure I have earned my CDA and EFDA certifications. I'm a graduate from Norwood who now
resides in Monroe, OH. I have(4) kids and soon to be 5 grandchildren! When not in the office I am very outgoing and enjoy time with my family and friends. I absolutely love traveling to new places, the beach, the outdoors, camping, fishing, kayaking, hiking and my cheering on my Cincinnati Bengals.

Vicky, Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Vicky and I have been a dedicated Dental Assistant with Cornerstone for 48 years. My role is to assist the doctor in achieving the best oral Healthcare for our patients, assuring their visit is as friendly and comforting as possible and working through any fear or anxiety they may have. I strive to assure the patients know they are important and I truly care about their concerns. In my time here I have helped generations of families with their dental care. It's a great feeling being able to recognize patients as they come through the door and greet them with a smile knowing they have your trust. I will continue in meeting new patients and establishing a trust and friendship with them also. I have 2 children and 5 wonderful grandchildren whom I adore. I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, gardening, outdoors, and trips to the beach.

Jade, RDA

Hi! My name is Jade and I have been a Dental Assistant for 5 years. I graduated high school (Go Cards!) in 2017 after having completed a vocational dental assistant program through Butler Tech during my junior and senior years. I started my career in dentistry mid-COVID in 2020, and have since earned my Registered Dental Assistant certification, as well as a Coronal Polishing certification. I have a passion for education- both for professionals and for my patients. I love Cornerstone because of the way we pride ourselves on patient care, and we are truly a family inside and outside of work! Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife, Katie, and I have 4 dogs- Lemon, Wally, Sadie and Max. They are our world! Other than being a crazy dog lady, you can find me reading a good book (serial reader, here), going to concerts, or probably at TjMaxx with my bestie! I cannot wait to meet you and make your time with us the best it can possibly be :)

Kylie, Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator

Hi! My name is Kylie and I have been a dental assistant since 2021. I went to Reading High School and scarlet oaks career campus for dental assisting for my junior and senior year of high school, graduated in 2021. I grew up on the east side of Cincinnati and now live on the West Side. I have a huge family so I spend a lot of time with them! I also love going to the Cincinnati reds and Bengal's games! Also, a big fan of concerts!

I love working in dentistry because there's truly nothing like helping others and how rewarding it is to see them happier and more confident in their smile! I love working at Cornerstone because it feels like a family here, everyone is super kind, caring, and super hard working! I definitely feel very fortunate to be a part of this great team!
