We strive to provide you a variety of payment options. Our office accepts cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MC and Discover) . We also offer automatic payments with a debit, credit , HSA or Flexible spending card. A treatment estimate will be discussed at the initial exam and our interest free payment options will be reviewed.
Our services also qualify for flexible spending dollars, health savings accounts and cafeteria plans.
Care Credit is available for families who prefer no down payment and lower monthly payments.
We are Premiere Providers for Delta Dental and Preferred Provider for Metlie Ins. We accept most major dental insurance plans with orthodontic benefits. We are happy to prepare a pre-estimate claim and submit to your insurance so that a clear picture of your personal financial responsibility will be available prior to initiating treatment.
Please note that orthodontic insurance is a benefit. If your benefits change during treatment you must notify our office so we can submit a claim to the new carrier. The financial party is ultimately responsible for for the treatment fee.
