What is your advice for expecting parents?

Get as much sleep as you can before the baby arrives. Go and do something with your significant other that you always wanted to do but haven’t had a chance to yet. Try and relax and bond with one another because life is getting ready to change and that bond will see you through those sleepless nights!

What is your advice for new parents?

Support one another. If baby is napping try to nap, the laundry and dishes can wait. Take time to laugh even when you are most sleep deprived and stressed. Most importantly take lots and lots of pictures, babies grow up so fast!

What is your advice for parents of teenagers?

Ask them lots of questions and make sure you take time to listen to the answers without judgment. First and foremost be a sounding board and let them know you will still love them unconditionally even when they mess up.
