FAQ/Before You Call

HELPFUL TIPS WHEN CALLING OUR OFFICE!

We experience a very high call volume between 7:30am and 9:30am.  If you are calling for a non-urgent matter (i.e. if you are not in need of an appointment for the day in which you are calling), please try to call after 9:30am to decrease your hold time.  Please know that we are making every effort to get to your call as soon as possible!

If you are calling to speak with the Business Office directly, please call 859-276-2005, Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

If you are calling requesting an immunization certificate or an appointment for a yearly well visit (check-up), you may do this online!  To request an appointment, click here.

If you are calling requesting to speak with a nurse, you may want to first read over the 10 Common Childhood Illnesses article or even take a look at the Symptom Checker. Lots of helpful information regarding topics such as diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and when to keep a child home from school may be found here. Because we receive a high volume of calls requesting to speak with a nurse, it may take 48 hours to return your call. Our website may be helpful and may even provide an instant answer to your question!

These are just tips on how to get the information you need in the most efficient way possible!  Always feel free to call our office!
