(Work that was meant to be finished on May 17th is still ongoing as of this writing on May 19th.)   The Concord Plaza Office Park is undertaking a multi-year effort to re-pave our roadways and parking areas.  As a result,  there will be intermittent changes to acess and parking for our offices.  Please review the maps below for the four phases of work that will directly affect our patients and staff.  We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience to us all.  Please, do not hesitate to phone the office for assistance getting to us.
