On June 26th, Delaware Senate Bill (SB) 94 passed the house and is now law.  People under the age of 18 may no longer use tanning devices in tanning facilities, period.  Under previous Delaware law teens could tan with parental consent.  Not anymore.  The move is a huge step forward in the prevention of skin cancer.   Go to http://bit.ly/1mbsK4E to read more about this from WHYY.
