However, if you have trouble getting your refills when contacting your pharmacy directly, we are more than happy to assist following these simple guidelines:
- Please tell us the name of your medication exactly as it appears on your bottle, the strength (how many milligrams, etc.), how frequently you take it, and the quantity desired (1 or 3 month supply). We also need the name, address and phone number of your pharmacy.
- Please call us within 7-10 days of running out of your medication
- Please allow 5 working days to complete your request
