The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) provides live updates and detailed guidance for families: 

Measles Exposure Locations: NCDHHS maintains a verified list of public locations where exposure may have occurred. Check the NC Measles Exposure Locations list regularly for updates.
Measles Cases & Outbreaks Dashboard: Track current case counts by county using the NC Measles Cases and Outbreaks Dashboard.
Symptom Guide: Learn what to look for, including high fever, cough, red/watery eyes, and the characteristic rash, on the NCDHHS Measles Symptoms page.
What to Do If Exposed: If you believe your child has been exposed, follow the official NCDHHS Exposure Guidelines. This includes checking immunity and monitoring for symptoms for 21 days.
