We have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, deductibles, and other expenses which are ultimately the patient's responsibility.
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept the following form of payments:

- To fit your individual needs for extensive treatments, we are pleased to offer easy and flexible Patient Financing with Care Credit .
In an effort to keep fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policy:
- When full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a 5% savings on uninsured treatment.
- 10% Senior citizen discount
- For major services (Crown, Bridge, and partial Denture), we offer a two-payment option, one-half of your co-payment at the first appointment and the second half at the seat date appointment.
- To fit your individual needs for extensive treatments, we are pleased to offer easy and flexible Patient Financing with Care Credit .
- All payment plans must be made prior to treatment. Dr. Afifi and staff do not want finances to stand in the way of providing the treatment that their patients need. Our office will work with you to assure a financial arrangement that is realistic and works for you.
