We take pride in providing a relaxed and pleasant experience by catering to individual patient needs allaying fears and improving health and self-confidence. We utilize innovative technology and education in order to identify specific health indicators that impact a patient’s quality of life.
History of Wilder Dentistry
Dr. Wilder graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1995. Upon graduating from dental school he began practicing in the Spokane vicinity.
In addition to his active dental practice, Dr. Wilder serves on the faculty at Eastern Washington University, training dental hygiene students in restorative dentistry.
As a member of the Spokane community, Dr. Wilder and his team serve the community through participation in various events.
Doctor, his wife Tonia, and daughter Kailyn enjoy traveling, outdoor recreational activities, and engaging with their church family.

We believe in a collaborative approach to treatment. If you think something is wrong, we listen and assess what the cause could be, as well as how to properly treat it.
As a patient of Wilder Dentistry, you become more than a chart number in our practice. You become one of our family. We want to serve as your permanent dental provider.
Community Involvement
At Wilder Dentistry, we’re committed to helping the community we live and work in. We host an annual blood drive with the Vitalant as well as various food and gift drives.
We also work with Blessings Under the Bridge which provides help to the homeless population in Spokane.
