Pennsylvania Vascular Institute offers a diverse array of endovascular services. Our medical staff specialize in interventional radiology. Interventional Radiology is the minimally invasive, image-guided treatment of medical conditions through procedures which were once only performed through open surgery. The concept of interventional radiology is to diagnose and treat patients using the least invasive techniques available in order to minimize risk to the patient and improve their health. Patients experience minimal pain, less risk and shorter recovery time compared to open surgery. We specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases of the blood vessels.
Our physicians have completed radiology residency and interventional radiology fellowship training. They are Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We also are an accredited vascular laboratory for non-invasive testing including vascular disease screening and diagnostic ultrasound procedures by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC).
