Scheduling an Appointment

Our staff strives to ensure everything about your experience at Dental Implant and Periodontal Specialists goes smoothly. We will schedule your appointment with us as soon as possible.

Please allow approximately 75 minutes for your initial visit, at which time Dr. Cristoforo and Dr. Carmosino will complete an in-depth medical and dental health history along with a thorough examination that will measure for bone loss, bite problems, TMJ issues, loose or missing teeth, as well as an oral cancer screening. They will ensure any sign of periodontal disease is taken note of, and a treatment plan created just for you and your smile.

We will try our hardest to stay on time, but please be advised that referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated.
