Monique White, DC, MS, ICCSP, Perinatal Certified, Webster Certified, SAAT Certified
Dr. Monique is a second generation, board certified Chiropractic Physician practicing in Columbia, MO. She graduated from Logan University, College of Chiropractic as Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Monique pursued advanced training alongside her chiropractic education, earning a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. She is an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and also earned a postgraduate certificate in Acupuncture. Throughout her career, she has never stopped learning-as she holds many additional certifications.
In addition to her expertise in sports medicine, Dr. Monique has completed further training to specialize in pediatric and perinatal care. She is a member of the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association and has earned both Perinatal and Webster Certifications. The Webster technique is a gentle, specialized approach aimed at improving the neuro-biomechanical function of the lower spine and pelvis, especially during pregnancy. In 2024, she became certified in Soliman Auricular Allergy Technique and was only the 4th practitioner in the State of Missouri to do so.
Known for her gentle approach and techniques, she is committed to providing compassionate, effective care to everyone she treats. She utilizes the following techniques to be able to serve patients of all ages and conditions:

- Webster Certified-a specific technique for perinatal patients

Dr. Monique is an active volunteer and board member with the local non-profit organization Pascale's Pals, which supports hospitalized children and their families at MU Children's Hospital. She is also a proud mother to a sweet little girl.
Dr. Monique served as an adjunct faculty member at Logan University’s College of Chiropractic for several years, where she taught Clinic Grand Rounds to upper-level chiropractic students. With a background in sports medicine, Dr. Monique volunteered for three years as a team doctor for a local competitive cheerleading gym. Her focus was on injury prevention and minimizing the long-term effects of chronic issues. She worked closely with athletes during practices and cheerleading competitions and continues to treat gymnasts and cheerleaders in her clinic.
Dr. Monique has experience treating a diverse range of patient populations. She has worked with elite Division I student-athletes through the MU Athletic Performance Department and served at the PARAQUAD Rehabilitation Center of St. Louis, which supports individuals with disabilities, particularly post-stroke victims, with the goal of increasing their independence. Additionally, she has provided care at CHIPS Health and Wellness, a multi-disciplinary clinic that serves the underinsured and uninsured members of the community.
Two generations of Chiropractic Physicians:
Dr. Monique practices with her parents, Dr.'s Sylvie Carpentier and Matthew White, at Advanced Physical Health. Both of whom also graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic and have been in practice serving the Columbia community for over 35 years. Dr. Monique practices in her hometown of Columbia, MO. She conducted her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri as a fellow in the NSF Mathematics in Life Sciences scholar program. While she was at Mizzou, she founded the Pascale's Pals Student Chapter at the University of Missouri.
