Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Chiropractor in Albany, NY. For most up-to-date openings in our schedules, it is best to call the office directly. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. A charge of $50 will be incurred for missed appointments and for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
At Sports & Spinal Wellness Center, payment is due at the time of your chiropractic appointment. We accept most major credit and debit cards with a minimum processing amount of $15. When applicable, we also accept insurance coverage from leading private insurance carriers.
Insurance and Billing
We currently accept most traditional insurance plans including CDPHP, The Empire Plan, MVP Healthcare, ASH and Medicare. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your particular plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each insurance plan. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NO FAULT, WORKERS COMPENSATION, MVP OR MEDICAID.
