Telemedicine
During this time of coronavirus, Framingham Dermatology is offering telemedicine for new and established patients . These services are billed to insurances as an in -office visit would be.The technology can be accessed from a cell phone or from a lap top. If neither of these are available to you, then a phone visit can also be arranged.If a photo is desired to be incorporated in this telehealth visit, it can be sent to

, our secure HIPAA compliant email.
Instructions of how to link up with our office for your telemedicine visit will be emailed to you. One can either access your appointment via your patient portal which you can access from this websiteunder the "For Patients" tab on the home screen using your user name and password which our front office will give you when you make your appointment, or you can access the telemedicine visit via an app for your cell phone called Pocket Patient (the link for which will be emailed to you when we are making your telemedicine appointment.)
If you do not have access to a smartphone or a laptop or computer or if you prefer another option, A telemedicine phone call can be done and/or a photo of a relevant skin issue can be sent to our secure email, [email protected]
