Teri Blankenship - Front Desk Associate
Teri joined PHA in October of 2013 and worked along side of Sonja Estep, RN, CPNP until she retired in 2019 and with Dr. Valliere as a Medical Assistant. Teri is now a member of our front desk team. You may also see her assisting in back office with immunizations, x-rays or rooming patients. She is a an all around PHA Team member!
Teri lives in Leonard and has two Children Shaycee & Colton and three very active grandchildren. She loves the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family!

Emily Tamplen - Front Desk Associate
Emily joined our Front Desk Team in September 2021.
Emily has lived in Savanah, Georgia but found her way back to Texas in 2018. She enjoys working out and exploring new restaurant with her little girl in her free time.

Madison enjoys reading, hiking and spoiling her cat Lily.

Rebekah Cozby - Front Desk, Medical Records & Insurance Billing Associate
Rebekah joined the PHA team October 2023. She is a wonderful asset to our administrative team and does just about everything front answering phone, checking in patients, gathering medical records and helping in our insurance & billing Department.
