If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, we will do our best to get you worked back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time in the event we do not have an opening.
PHA does charge a fee for missed appointments or same day cancellations.
$50.00 for missed sick appointments and $75.00 for missed or same day cancelled well child and/or ADD/ADHD appointments.
Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run behind due to volume or an acute issue. We will keep you notified so that you have the option of rescheduling or seeing another provider in our office.
