Pediatric Healthcare Associates

Dr. Frank earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Frank is interested in childhood allergies and asthma. She joined Pediatric Healthcare Associates in September 2001. Dr. Frank is Board-Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Loves the outdoors, especially fishing.

Dr. Jennifer Valliere was born in Wooster, Ohio, and moved to Plano, Texas, where she spent most of her childhood. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, she earned her Doctor of Medicine and graduated with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. Dr. Valliere remained in Houston for seven years, working at ABC Pediatric Clinic, where she became proficient in medical Spanish. She joined McKinney’s Pediatric Healthcare Associates in 2018 upon returning to the North Dallas area to be closer to her family. Dr. Valliere is Board-Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Having dedicated her career to caring for children, she cares for her patients as if they were her own. She understands every child is unique, and she individualizes her approach for each patient. In addition, she loves to empower parents to nurture their babies into healthy adults. Dr. Valliere is married to her college sweetheart and has four young children. When she is not caring for children, patients and her own, she enjoys fitness, live music, traveling, and she hopes to improve her beginner tennis and golf skills.

Dr. Elizabeth Bonnet joined PHA in 2018. She is Board-Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a native Texan - grew up in Coppell, TX and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology with Honors. She was nominated to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as an undergraduate. Dr. Bonnet obtained her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UT Houston, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her pediatrics residency at UT Southwestern/Children's Health Dallas. Dr. Bonnet has interests in adolescent care, allergy management, and loves meeting new families and their precious newborns! She and her husband, Wil, live in McKinney with their 2 young kids and black lab. When she's not taking care of your kiddos (or her own!), she enjoys neighborhood walks, shopping, reading, and her Peloton. 

Dr. Menchaca earned her medical degree and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Menchaca is particularly interested in premature infants, chronic lung disease, and genetics. She has been in private practice since 2001 and joined PHA in the fall of 2005. Dr. Menchaca is Board-Certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Ryan was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but later moved to Allen, Texas where he spent most of his high school years. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry. After graduation, he worked under a Noble Laureate at UT Southwestern completing genetic research and mapping genetic mutations. He decided to continue his education which led him to Baylor’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing to complete a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Finally, he decided to earn his Masters of Nursing specializing in pediatrics. After completing his clinical residency with Dr. Catherine Frank at Pediatric Healthcare Associates, he decided to join them as a provider. He brings with him 5 years of pediatric experience from Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.

He and his pup, Bailey, live in McKinney, Texas. When he’s not at the clinic, he enjoys a good cycle class, walks with Bailey, country concerts, and traveling to new places.

Kylie joined PHA on February 3rd, 2025. Her schedule will be open and she can see same-day sick, well visits, and new patients, just as all of our amazing physicians and Ryan. We are very excited to have Kylie join our medical team.

 Here's a little bit about Kylie...........
Kylie grew up in Long Beach, California, before relocating to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for college. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.

After graduation, Kylie moved to Plano, where she began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Medical City Plano. For two years, she cared for premature and critically ill newborns. She then transitioned to a pediatric primary care office, where she worked as a registered nurse for three years. Her work experience solidified her passion for caring for children during the beginning stages of their lives. Driven by this passion, Kylie pursued and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialization in Pediatric Primary Care from Baylor University.

Kylie now resides in McKinney with her husband and their daughter, Sydney. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
