Dr. Renee Clauselle was named a winner of the Long Island Business News Health Care Heroes Awards in the category of Physician Hero.
Dr. Clauselle is a practicing child psychologist and founder of Child & Family Psychology, formerly Psychologist on Wheels, PC. She is also the Director of School Mental Health Services at St. John’s University and has served as an adjunct faculty member at St. John’s University and the Teachers College at Columbia University.
As a distinguished faculty member for Lorman Educational Services, she has spoken on autism spectrum disorders, discipline and special education. She has given numerous interviews to various media outlets, has appeared on “Good Morning America Health” and authored articles for Long Island Parent.
The success of Child & Family Psychology and its doctors and child psychologists is due to the three tenets on which Dr. Clauselle has built her private practice: they are child-friendly, they use evidence-based treatments and they are passionate about helping every child do their personal best.
This year, Child & Family Psychology expanded its practice, opening offices in Kings Park and Garden City.
