Desert Sun Pediatrics welcomes new patients. Please call our office if you would like to schedule a “meet and greet” with one of our physicians. This is a complimentary session to get acquainted with our doctors. Once your child is born, within 24 hours your pediatrician, or another doctor in the practice, will visit you and your newborn in the hospital.

Please do the following to ensure a smooth transition into our practice:
- Step 1 : Call your insurance company to ensure Desert Sun Pediatrics is on your insurance plan.
- Step 2 : After you and your baby are discharged from the hospital, please contact our office for a newborn appointment.
- Step 3 : Please contact your insurance company as early as you can after the baby is born to avoid delays in billing and payment. Insurance companies usually allow 30 days for a child to be added to your policy.
