We take pride in making your first visit to our office a pleasant experience. Upon meeting a member of our team, you will be asked to fill out a new patient form that will provide us your relevant medical and dental history. You may also fill out a new patient form online and/or print it out and bring it to our office. If you should have any recent x-rays please bring them with you on this initial visit.

You will then meet one of our doctors and discuss your/your child's orthodontic concerns. He/she will then examine you/your child and determine if there is a need for orthodontic care, and when is the appropriate time to begin. Some children will be ready to start an early phase treatment if there is sufficient crowding or bite concerns. For other children, we simply monitor the eruption of their teeth over a period of time and start orthodontic care at a later age. They will then be placed on a periodic recall schedule. The doctor will answer any and all questions that you may have.

Following the complimentary consultation, the treatment coordinator will review the financial aspect of the orthodontic treatment. We will coordinate your orthodontic insurance coverage and set up a convenient payment plan.

Your next appointment will be for diagnostic records from which we determine a comprehensive treatment plan for you/your child. Some parents elect to do the records appointment during the consultation appointment for convenience.

You will have the option of visiting us at one of our two Bergen County locations both conveniently located in either Waldwick, NJ or Teaneck, NJ.
