Dr. James J. Bancroft, DMD
Dr. Bancroft graduated with honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He was inducted into the nationally prestigious honors society “Omicron Kappa Upsilon”. After receiving his D.M.D. he completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack Hospital. Following four years of general practice he entered the orthodontic residency program at UMDNJ and gained his orthodontic specialty certificate. In 1989 Dr. James Bancroft opened his Bergen County orthodontic practice in Waldwick, New Jersey with a second office in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Dr. Bancroft is a clinical attending professor at Hackensack University Medical Center and instructs the dental residents on the latest orthodontic treatment techniques.
Additionally, Dr. Bancroft holds several patents for his TotalGard mouthguard - a mouthguard made specially for athletes with braces! He has lectured on sports safety internationally.
Dr. Bancroft is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Mid- Atlantic Society of Orthodontics, New Jersey Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Bergen County Dental Society.
Dr. Ashley Bancroft-Dobrin, DMD, MBA
Dr. Ashley completed a dual-degree postgraduate program, where she received three years of orthodontic specialty training and a Master of Business Administration at the Roseman University of Health Science in Henderson, NV. This program is only 1 of 2 in the country that offer this unique combination.
Prior to this, Dr. Ashley graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (currently Rutgers Dental School). Following dental school, she completed a one year general dental residency at Hackensack University Medical Center where she treated many complicated interdisciplinary cases. Dr. Ashley is well-versed in all aspects of dentistry, bringing to the practice knowledge and skill in the latest orthodontic technology/techniques so that patients will have the ultimate orthodontic experience.
Dr. Ashley is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, New Jersey Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Bergen County Dental Society.
Dr. Keith Dobrin, DMD, MBA
Dr. Keith completed his orthodontic training at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV, a 3-year Orthodontic residency and joint MBA program.
Dr. Keith graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (currently Rutgers Dental School) in 2012. Upon completion of dental school, he completed a one year general dental residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill-Cornell. Additionally, he spent time treating oncology patients at Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Keith has practiced general dentistry part-time for the past 6 years and has extensive experience in every specialty of dentistry, adding great value to our team especially with interdisciplinary and challenging treatments. He is also a published author, the culmination of 4 years of research regarding the strength and techniques of bonding braces to teeth!
Dr. Keith is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, New Jersey Dental Association, American Dental Association, New York Society of Forensic Dentistry, and the International Academy of Coroners & Medical Examiners.
