Cancellations or Missed Appointments
If you are unable to make an appointment or would like to reschedule, please call 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy to our patients and physicians, please call if you will be running late. We reserve the right to charge $50 if we are not given a notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to the appointment.
All visits are by appointment only!
Our nurses or physicians are available to answer your questions during office hours.
If you need to reach a doctor after office hours, please call the office number and you will be connected to our answering service. A doctor should respond within 20 minutes.
If your child has a life-threatening emergency please call 911.
For all other routine questions or prescription refills call during office hours.

Facilities & Equipment
Both our Downers Grove & Bolingbrook offices are handicap accessible. Sick and well waiting areas are available in our Downers Grove office.
