Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give our office 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment. Short notice cancellations or failed appointments may be charged a fee.
Financial Policy
We ask that full payment be made when the service is completed. If you have insurance, we ask that you pay your estimated co-payment when the service is rendered.
