Meet the Staff

Dr. Wong is known to her patients for her compassion and genuinely caring nature. She has a passion for dentistry and is constantly taking advanced training and continuing education courses to keep herself up to date of new technologies and procedures so that her patients will receive the best care possible. Her attention to detail yields satisfying results for her patients.

Dr. Wong graduated in 1997 with B.Sc. Chemical Engineering degree, walking across the graduation ceremony with Cum Laude Honor Cord. She worked as an engineer for 5 years in Austin, TX.  Realizing that she wanted to spend more time working and caring for others, she decided to pursue dentistry career.

Dr. Wong attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas on academic scholarship after scoring in the 99th percentile on the Dental Admission Test. After earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, she worked as an associate dentist in Round Rock, before opening her own practice in Austin.  She is a member of professional community such as American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and American Orthodontic Society.  As an Austin dentist, Dr. Wong enjoys volunteering her time to the community, such as Texas Mission of Mercy,  St. Vincent de Paul Society’s “Access to Care” program, Capital Area Dental Foundation, and St. David’s Foundation. When she is not working on dentistry, she enjoys spending her time with her husband John and her two boys Justin and Jacob.

Dr. Stella was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up in Louisiana and Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989, medical terminology certificate from Rice University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1994, from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Stella returned to Austin and in 1995 opened Caballero Family Dentistry in Round Rock, Texas, which had a friendly, neighborhood vibe where patients and their families became friends of the practice. As her practice grew so did her own family, which prompted Dr. Stella to sell after ten years of operation. A few years later Dr. Stella saw the need to provide a client-friendly dental office with a focus on prevention and wellness- a clinic that was also a hub of health information and resources. So, she founded Brush32 Dental Wellness Centers. The Centers grew and recently, Dr. Stella was presented with the opportunity to sell. Since then, Dr. Stella has enjoyed more time with family, being a glorified taxi driver for her kids, publishing a dental reference book, and staying active in her church and community. She resides in the Westlake area with her husband and three kids. Dr. Stella stays current on dental issues with dental continuing education courses, has level I certification in Dental Oncology through American Academy of Dental Oncology and was a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, ADA, TDA, and Capital Area Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, Longhorn sports, and spending time with family and friends. 

Dr. Stella once again misses the dental office excitement along with the service opportunity to her community as well as the client relationship. She enjoys working with the enthusiastic and highly skilled Dr. Wong and her very caring staff, and one sees this reflected onto her clients.

Ana has been with Avenue Dental since 2016. She is an integral part of the dental team. Ana always keep herself busy at work and at home.  She has 4 children and her husband is a great soccer coach!

Yulissa has been with Avenue Dental since 2018.  She grew up in Maryland and moved to Texas after high school.  She enjoys Austin and spending time with her husband.

Jazmin joined Avenue Dental in 2015. She loves working with people.  She takes care of our patients chairside.  She and her husband raise 2 lovely young boys, and Jazmin is a great teacher to her children!
