We have a spacious office with a variety of seating and opportunities for patients and staff to interact in a comfortable setting. We have a retail area where we sell sun protective clothing and makeup as well as skin rejuvenation products. Our office is in a beautiful location, just across the street from Houghton Beach Park, and there is free parking either in our two-level garage or in the 4 hour lot immediately in front of our building entrance.

The road you're on immediately becomes NE 68th Street, and then later, as it bends south, becomes Lakeview Drive. Turn right onto NE 58th Street. From Bellevue-area, I-405 northbound , take exit 14, merging onto WA-520 westbound, toward Seattle. Take the 108th Avenue NE exit, and turn right onto 108th Avenue NE. Turn left onto Northup Way. Turn right onto Lake Washington Boulevard NE. Turn right onto NE 58th Street. Turn right into our parking garage or use the free 4-hour parking on the street.
From Redmond-area, WA-520 westbound , take the 108th Avenue NE exit, and turn right onto 108th Avenue NE. Turn left onto Northup Way. Turn right onto Lake Washington Boulevard NE. Turn right onto NE 58th Street and make an immediate right into our parking garage or use the free 4-hour parking on the street.
From Seattle-area, WA-520 eastbound , take the Bellevue Way exit toward Lake Washington Boulevard, making a left off the exit ramp. Continue northbound on Bellevue Way as it turns into Lake Washington Boulevard. Make a right on NE 58th Street and then an immediate right into our parking garage or use the free 4-hour parking on the street.

Calling the Office
Phone tips: To make an appointment, call (425) 821-6363 or toll free (877) 821-6363 and press option 2 to speak to a live receptionist during office hours or leave a question for the nurse. The receptionist can also take your credit card payment over the phone if you don't have any questions about your bill. Press option 3 to be fowarded to our biller for payment and billing-related questions or issues. If you call during lunch hours or if no receptionist is available, your call will go straight to voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we are available.
The Day of Your Appointment
Please arrive and check in at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive early if you will be completing the patient intake forms in the office. Please plan ahead so that you are not late for your appointment. When patients are prompt, it is more likely that the doctor will be able to see you at your appointed time. Please call 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel. A $50 no-show fee will be assessed to your account if you are not present for your appointment or if you call to cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment time.
