Kristen is a Master Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Kristen graduated from the Euro Institute in 2012, where she became educated in a comprehensive European aesthetic program. She continued her education by attending a medical aesthetic course at the Euro Institute as well as attending a laser certification program at the Northwest Laser Institute, where she became certified as a laser safety officer. Prior to joining the team at Lake Washington Dermatology, Kristen worked as a laser technician for a clinic in Bellevue, gaining a wide range of service knowledge and experience. Kristen has a sound understanding that each client requires a different technique, set of product recommendations, and procedure for each individual skin concern. Through Kristen's own skin struggles and concerns, she feels empathy and passion for helping others achieve better skin. Kristen has a specific interest in treating clients who have sun-damaged skin. She strongly believes that the best cosmetic is great-looking skin. In her free time, she enjoys continuing her education in nutrition, health and wellness.

Tiffany is a board-certified physician assistant who joined Lake Washington Dermatology with nine years of prior experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Pursuing her passion for dermatology, Tiffany trained for 18 months at Lake Washington Dermatology before opening her clinic. Tiffany graduated from the University of Portland and went on to attend Western University of Health Sciences, where she graduated with top honors and earned a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. While at Western U, Tiffany received several awards for both academic performance and service to the community.
