Learn Who We Are

  • Deirdre Wood, MD
    Doctor

    Dr. Deirdre Wood received her medical degree from  Hahnemann University/Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1996. She continued with an internship in International Medicine at both the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital and the Philadelphia Veteran's Administration. Afterward, she began a Dermatology Residency at Hahnemann. She completed four additional years of training including a specialty fellowship in cutaneous lymphomas. She was Chief Resident during her final year.

    Doctor

    Dr. Jennifer LaRusso, a native of New Jersey, graduated with her degree in medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).  After graduation she completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at UMDNJ.

    Sarah Bowers is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in dermatology.  Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, graduating with Distinction. She then continued her graduate education at Wingate University in North Carolina where she earned her Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.

    Physician Assistant, Alexis Turbin, graduated from  Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, and a Minor in Biology. She then continued her graduate education at Touro University Nevada where she earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
