What Should I expect?
Sessions typically last about 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the affected area. You may experience a warm or prickling sensation as the laser is applied to the skin, but the treatment is gentle and should not feel uncomfortable. Most patients are able to resume their normal activities the very same day.
Some skin concerns such as shallow pigmentation and age/sun spots can be cleared with as few as 1-2 treatments. About 3 sessions are needed to have visible improvement in the skin texture and fine lines. However, even after the first treatment, you will notice changes in pore dimensions. Depending on your skin issue, optimal results are achieved after 2-5 sessions at 2-5 week intervals.
