Christine Martin, MD
She is bilingual as her native language is Spanish and is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Guerra has over 2 decades of experience in Pediatrics and enjoys meeting her patients and their families. She enjoys lactation consulting especially with first-time moms, and her gentle approach has gained significant popularity in the office.
Molly Beckmann, PA
She worked for 3 years in the Emergency Department at Texas Children's Hospital, learning from some of the best pediatricians in the country.
Molly moved to Durham in 2018 from Houston, TX and joined Little Oaks Pediatrics in 2019. She has one amazing daughter and is a licensed foster parent. Molly loves taking care of children and building relationships with their families. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, watching baseball, and taking walks with her dog, Toby.
Rudra Shah, NP, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who loves caring for children and building lasting relationships with families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2022.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2023, Rudra spent six years as a pediatric oncology nurse, providing compassionate care to children and their families during some of their toughest moments. She brings that same warmth and dedication to her practice today, making sure kids feel comfortable and parents feel supported.
Rudra is fluent in English, Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi, allowing her to connect with families from diverse backgrounds and ensure they feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants. She looks forward to meeting you and being a part of your child’s healthcare journey!
