To ensure we can accommodate other children who may need timely medical attention, we require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or change your scheduled time. Appointments canceled without this advance notice will incur a $35 charge.

We offer a dedicated registered nurse service to answer urgent medical questions when our clinic is closed. Because this is a specialized triage service, a $25 fee applies to all after-hours calls to our nurses.
