Is there a charge for canceling a scheduled visit? Yes, Little Oaks Pediatrics requires 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $35 charge. This policy helps us manage our time effectively to ensure we can offer timely care to all our patients.
What is your medical records request policy?
We are happy to assist with medical records requests. To ensure accuracy and proper processing, please allow up to three business days for completion.
