What is your appointment cancellation policy?
To accommodate other sick children who may urgently need care, we require at least a 24-hour
notice to cancel or reschedule. There is a $35 charge for appointments canceled without this
advance notice.

Is there a cost for after-hours medical advice?
We offer a dedicated registered nurse service to answer urgent medical questions when our clinic is officially closed. Please note that a $25 fee applies to all after-hours calls to this triage line.
