How to Access the Portal

• Established patients: Click the link below and log in using the username and password that was automatically sent to you if you provided a valid email during registration.

• Need login credentials? No problem! We’ll be happy to provide them at your next visit—just ask our front desk team.

🚨 Important: If you have been seen at our office before (even if you are new to the portal), DO NOT click "Pre-Register." This is only for brand-new patients and will create duplicate accounts.
