WE DEAL WITH YOUR INSURANCE
Our office understands that insurance benefits are of great value to our patients. It is important to note, however, that your insurance is a relationship between you and your insuring company. We enter this arrangement only as a third or outside party. We are happy to provide the courtesy of direct billing to your insurance company. We will assist you by completing and submitting any paperwork your insuring company will require. We will estimate the portion of treatment fees not covered by your insurance company and will require payment of that portion on the day of your treatment. Insurance coverage varies from company to company and person to person. Any portion of payment that remains after your insurance company has paid their portion to us, will be the full responsibility of the patient.
